Chain of Lakes Park, one of the older spring-training facilities in the Grapefruit League, sits on the shores of Lake Lulu. It’s been used for spring training since its opening in 1966. The park went through renovation in 1993. While there’s a good amount of seating in the park, there’s not a lot of room for amenities: there’s a small concourse in the back of the grandstand and a small concourse near the souvenir shop that’s down the third-base line.
There are six levels of seating set up for spring training: VIP box seats, lower box seats, upper box seats, reserved bleachers, outfield bleachers and berm seating. While the weather in March isn’t usually too hot, the better seating is the covered box seating in the grandstand.
